✓ Each burst lasts 2–5 seconds depending on control; multiple refills can be provided at extra cost.
✓ Venue must allow CO₂-based effects (permission may be needed for indoor venues).
✓ Machine should be installed at a safe distance from people, curtains, and electrical setups.
✓ High-pressure gas requires professional handling only.
✓ Cooling effect is strong—avoid direct blast toward performers or guests.
✓ Any damage or unsafe use will be charged to the client.
✓ Setup and operation must be done by ArtCore’s trained technician only.
✓ Cylinder refills and extra gas usage will be billed separately.

✓ All activities will be conducted strictly within the duration specified in the inclusions.
✓ Payment must be made as per our established payment policy.
✓ Vendors/artists should be given adequate time for setup at the venue.
✓ Transportation and technician charges may vary depending on venue location and event timing.
✓ Kindly make the necessary arrangements in advance to avoid delays. Some decorations may require additional items such as tables, ladders, chairs, or plug points, depending on your chosen elements and venue layout. Please confirm these requirements before placing your order.
✓ Any additional services or items not mentioned in the package will incur extra charges.
✓ In case of any damage to the setup materials or merchandise, the cost of repair or replacement will be billed to you.
✓ You are responsible for securing all required permissions, copyrights, and authorisations prior to the event.
✓ This booking does not include furniture or fixtures such as chairs, tables, carpets, power outlets, or ladders.
✓ Housekeeping services are not included in this booking.
✓ Venue-related charges, such as royalty fees, maintenance, housekeeping, or electricity charges, are not covered unless explicitly stated in the package.
✓ While we follow all safety protocols, we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during or after the event.
