✓ Tattoos are temporary and skin-safe (non-permanent)
✓ One tattoo takes approximately 2–4 minutes depending on design
✓ Ideal for kids, teenagers, and even adults
✓ Outdoor setups should have a covered/shaded area for artist comfort
✓ Client must ensure proper lighting and seating arrangement if not booked through ArtCore Event

✓ All activities will be conducted strictly within the duration specified in the inclusions.
✓ Payment must be made as per our established payment policy.
✓ Vendors/artists should be given adequate time for setup at the venue.
✓ Transportation and technician charges may vary depending on venue location and event timing.
✓ Kindly make the necessary arrangements in advance to avoid delays. Some decorations may require additional items such as tables, ladders, chairs, or plug points, depending on your chosen elements and venue layout. Please confirm these requirements before placing your order.
✓ Any additional services or items not mentioned in the package will incur extra charges.
✓ In case of any damage to the setup materials or merchandise, the cost of repair or replacement will be billed to you.
✓ You are responsible for securing all required permissions, copyrights, and authorisations prior to the event.
✓ This booking does not include furniture or fixtures such as chairs, tables, carpets, power outlets, or ladders.
✓ Housekeeping services are not included in this booking.
✓ Venue-related charges, such as royalty fees, maintenance, housekeeping, or electricity charges, are not covered unless explicitly stated in the package.
✓ While we follow all safety protocols, we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during or after the event.
