✓ Setup and performance area must be clean and safe
✓ Artist seating, refreshments, and resting area should be arranged by the client for longer durations
✓ Any damage to instruments or harassment of artists during the event will result in immediate service withdrawal without refund.

✓ All activities will be conducted strictly within the duration specified in the inclusions.
✓ Payment must be made as per our established payment policy.
✓ Vendors/artists should be given adequate time for setup at the venue.
✓ Client must confirm final design, size, and add-on elements at least 5 days before the event.
✓ Any last-minute design change may incur additional charges.
✓ Any damage caused by the client’s team or third-party vendors will be chargeable.
✓ Transportation, technician and labour charges may vary depending on location, event timing and setup size.
✓ Kindly make the necessary arrangements in advance to avoid delays. Some decorations may require additional items such as tables, ladders, chairs, or plug points, depending on your chosen elements and venue layout. Please confirm these requirements before placing your order.
✓ Any additional services or items not mentioned in the package will incur extra charges.
✓ In case of any damage to the setup materials or merchandise, the cost of repair or replacement will be billed to you.
✓ You are responsible for securing all required permissions, copyrights, and authorisations prior to the event.
✓ This booking does not include furniture or fixtures such as chairs, tables, carpets, power outlets, or ladders.
✓ Housekeeping services are not included in this booking.
✓ Venue-related charges, such as royalty fees, maintenance, housekeeping, or electricity charges, are not covered unless explicitly stated in the package.
✓ While we follow all safety protocols, we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during or after the event.
