✓ Setup requires 3–5 hours depending on design scale
✓ Venue permissions (for flowers, balloons, lights, or hanging props) must be arranged by the client
✓ A continuous power supply is essential for lighting and timely completion of décor.
✓ Outdoor décor requires shade or waterproof covering for furniture, flowers, balloon and fabric longevity
✓ Additional décor like LED lights, chandeliers, fresh flowers, or photo booths will be charged separately
✓ The setup package does not include stage, table, or chair arrangements (can be provided at additional cost).

✓ All activities will be conducted strictly within the duration specified in the inclusions.
✓ Payment must be made as per our established payment policy.
✓ Please ensure an uninterrupted power supply to allow the timely and smooth completion of the setup.
✓ Vendors/artists should be given adequate time for setup at the venue.
✓ Kindly make the necessary arrangements in advance to avoid delays. Some decorations may require additional items such as carpet, tables, ladders, chairs, or plug points, depending on your chosen elements and venue layout. Please confirm these requirements before placing your order.
✓ Any additional services or items not mentioned in the package will incur extra charges.
✓ Any last-minute theme/design changes may incur additional charges
✓ In case of any damage to the setup materials, props, furniture, decor elements or merchandise, the cost of repair or replacement will be billed to you.
✓ You are responsible for securing all required permissions, copyrights, and authorisations prior to the event.
✓ This booking does not include furniture or fixtures such as chairs, tables, carpets, power outlets, or ladders.
✓ Housekeeping services are not included in this booking.
✓ Venue-related charges, such as royalty fees, maintenance, housekeeping, or electricity charges, are not covered unless explicitly stated in the package.
✓ While we follow all safety protocols, we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during or after the event.
