This is a normal setup suitable for most events. However, if an artist provides a technical rider, we can arrange all sound equipment as per rider along with complete technical support at an additional cost.

✓ Vendors/artists should be given adequate time for setup at the venue.
✓ Kindly make the necessary arrangements in advance to avoid delays. Some decorations may require additional items such as carpet, tables, ladders, chairs, or plug points, depending on your chosen elements and venue layout. Please confirm these requirements before placing your order.
✓ Any additional services or items not mentioned in the package will incur extra charges.
✓ In case of any damage to the setup materials or merchandise, the cost of repair or replacement will be billed to you.
✓ You are responsible for securing all required permissions, copyrights, and authorisations prior to the event.
✓ This booking does not include furniture or fixtures such as chairs, tables, carpets, power outlets, or ladders.
✓ Housekeeping services are not included in this booking.
✓ Venue-related charges, such as royalty fees, maintenance, housekeeping, or electricity charges, are not covered unless explicitly stated in the package.
✓ While we follow all safety protocols, we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during or after the event.
