✓ Granule powder cartridges (enough for up to 8–10 activations per unit)
✓ Wireless remote control or DMX controller (as per setup)
✓ Setup and operation by trained technician
✓ Safety gear and wiring included

✓ Sparkular machines use cold spark technology and are safe for indoor use.
✓ The client must arrange for a power supply and backup.
✓ Each activation lasts approx. 10–15 seconds; additional powder can be added on request.
✓ Proper floor space and safe distance from guests must be ensured.
✓ Not advisable to use under water-sensitive décor or very low ceilings.
✓ Spark height and duration can be controlled for customized effect.
✓ Any misuse, accidental damage, or tampering with machines will be chargeable.
✓ For safety, only trained technicians will handle operation and refills.
✓ Outdoor usage is allowed only in dry weather and on solid ground.

✓ All activities will be conducted strictly within the duration specified in the inclusions.
✓ Payment must be made as per our established payment policy.
✓ Vendors/artists should be given adequate time for setup at the venue.
✓ Transportation and technician charges may vary depending on venue location and event timing.
✓ Kindly make the necessary arrangements in advance to avoid delays. Some decorations may require additional items such as tables, ladders, chairs, or plug points, depending on your chosen elements and venue layout. Please confirm these requirements before placing your order.
✓ Any additional services or items not mentioned in the package will incur extra charges.
✓ In case of any damage to the setup materials or merchandise, the cost of repair or replacement will be billed to you.
✓ You are responsible for securing all required permissions, copyrights, and authorisations prior to the event.
✓ This booking does not include furniture or fixtures such as chairs, tables, carpets, power outlets, or ladders.
✓ Housekeeping services are not included in this booking.
✓ Venue-related charges, such as royalty fees, maintenance, housekeeping, or electricity charges, are not covered unless explicitly stated in the package.
✓ While we follow all safety protocols, we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during or after the event.
